Try it for 14 days. If your pet doesn't love their new cooling mat, we'll make it right.

We want your pet to actually use their new mat — not just own one. That's why every order comes with our 14-Day Happiness Guarantee:

• If you're not satisfied within 14 days of delivery, contact us at TheGoodRestCo@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
• To help us resolve things quickly, please include a photo of the product and a short note about what didn't work.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.
• Our guarantee covers one refund claim per household — buy as many mats as you'd like; if you ever need to use the guarantee, it applies to one item.
